Year 1

Hello Everyone, 

The children had a good week despite the very hot weather and they did not understand why they were not able to play outside! We also really appreciate the earlier collection times that you all made work. The afternoons were just so hot. The children enjoyed playing with the water trays, doing quiet activities and having relaxing quiet times in the classrooms. 

This week we are going to be exploring different sports and playing these together as a group. I am sure the children are going to enjoy this. 

Thank you all so much for the great Wow’s that have come in so far.They have loved sharing these at group times. We have also been looking back over photos which has been great for the children to recall.

We have lots of fun things planned this week and look forward to sharing these experiences with the children. 

Healthy Movers

This week we will be playing and dancing with musical instruments. 

Home Learning

How many cars can you count how many windows are in your housel?

Can you put on your own shoes in the mornings?

 

Please remember the classroom door opens at 8.55. Please apply your child’s suncream before they arrive in the morning and tick the chart by the door.

On Wednesday Thursday we have Stay and Play from 8.30-9.00am. Look forward to seeing you there.

We are a NUT FREE SCHOOL, so please can we remind our families that the children have no products containing nuts in their lunchbox.
