Year 1

Hello Everyone, 

We have had a great week and have loved watching the friendships grow.

We have enjoyed the outside space and worked on our balancing skills.

We have also enjoyed soft play and yoga this week.

This week we are going to be playing lots of fun games together and enjoying our time together. 

We can’t believe this is the last week before the holidays, this year has gone so quickly. We really hope you enjoy your summer break and look forward to seeing you at the stay and play session in August. 

Thank you for  applying suncream in the mornings. This is a great help to us. There is always cream out on the table with the tick list. 

We then apply more cream after lunchtime. 

We enjoy seeing the children after school socialising in the preschool garden. We are more than happy for the children to play with resources which are out e.g. bikes but we kindly ask that after you finish playing with them please pop them back where you found them.

We break up for the summer holidays on Thursday 20th July and return on Monday 4th September.

Don't forget your child's stay and play session on Thursday 31st August.

We are a NUT FREE SCHOOL, so please can we remind our families that the children have no products containing nuts in their lunchbox.

Year 1

Hello Everyone, 

We have had a great week finding out some really interesting facts about Germany. The children tried some tasty food and also listened to some German music and did some dancing. We also have been doing lots of exploring and going on adventures in the garden.This week looking at different sports and doing our bike riding. 

This week we have our sponsored POWSA bike and scooter sessions. Please can children either bring their bike or scooter in from home along with a helmet on their given day which is on the letter. Each child will come home with a certificate of how many laps they complete.

On Friday we have Dance Day which will be held on the main school field at 2.30pm. Parents are invited to come along and watch. If you don't normally attend on a friday afternoon you are very welcome to bring your child along at 2.30pm to join in.

Year 1

Hello Everyone, 

We have had a great week finding out some really interesting facts about Italy. The children had lots of questions and knew a few facts already! We tried some tasty food and also listened to some Italian music and did some dancing. We also loved making pizzas for snack during the week. 

This week we are going to explore Germany and we have lots of fun things planned.

Zoe just has the last few parents to catch up over the next couple of weeks. 

Stay and Play is on Friday 7th July 8.30-9.00am.
