Hello everyone.....

Year 1

Hello Everyone,

We have had a lovely week and we have continued to be very creative. The children have enjoyed making many different creations using a variety of different tools. The children have really loved singing times and it has been great to see the children start joining in with this.

This week we are going to be focussing on the story of the 3 little pigs which I am sure the children are going to love.

Jennie Jigsaw

This week we will continue talking about  ‘Our Feelings’’ focusing on what we like about others in the class. Jennie the Jigsaw has been coming to our group times and talking to the children all about having kind hands and she talks to the children about the positive things she's been seeing during the day. (Jennie is a soft toy)

Letters and Sounds

This week we are going to play. Can the children guess the animals from a set of clues? We will also play the missing item memory game.  The children all take turns with this game.

Notices

If you have any questions then please come and talk to Zoe and we can talk through them together.

If you have a play and learn library bag please can you return it to us that would be great. Families seem to be making great use of these resources which is fantastic.

If you think the weather looks hot enough for sun cream during the day, if you could apply this before you arrive at Pre-School this would be a really great help to us. We will put out the suncream list and you can tick off your child’s name at drop off in the morning.

On Wednesday 11th May  we have got stay and play from 8.30-9.00am. Everyone is very welcome including younger and older siblings. Hope to see lots of you there.
