Fireworks

Hello Everyone,

We hope you have had a lovely half term and made lots of new memories.
This week we will be talking about fireworks. We will be creating firework pictures and making our own new colours.
We will also learn some new firework songs and create some firework dance moves to music.
During the week we will make some remembrance day poppies and display these in our classroom.
It’s going to be such a fun week. We will also welcome some of our new friends to the group over the coming few weeks.

This week we will continue with our feelings focus, friendships and what we like and what makes us happy and sad.
We will start talking about nice things we like about our new friends in the group.
We will play some group games where we have to say the names of our friends so we can ensure we all know each other's names.

Letters and Sounds
This week we will be playing Teddy lost in the room. One person goes outside while the others in the group hide the bear. The child then comes back in, when the drum plays quiet they are a long way away, when it plays really loud they are close by.

Home Learning
If you have any half term news or pictures to bring in that would be great for talk times.
