Hello everyone.....

Year 1

Hello Everyone,

The children have had a lovely week. The children enjoyed lots of group games and colour sorting. The playdough was very popular and the children made lots of different shapes and made them into biscuits. The children loved doing some singing with the Tappy stick and loved the sounds they could make with them.

This week we have a story focused on ‘Tiddler’ and looking at ‘under the sea.’

We have lots of fun activities planned and hope to do some lovely creative stockings to display.

Healthy Movers

We will be birds in the trees and have to use all of our balance and coordination skills to change our body into many different shapes.

Please keep the ‘Wow’s’ coming in. We will put some into bags this week. The children are learning many new skills that need to be celebrated!

Home Learning

Can your child pull up their own pants and trousers when they have finished in the toilet? The children are really developing in this area so thank you for your support with this skill.

Can your child put on their own shoes?

Is your child able to help with dressing in the mornings?

These tasks are always optional but are great to see the progression of your child's skills and knowledge building.
