Hello Everyone, 

We had a great week last week. We enjoyed lots of group team work activities and making things ready for our celebrations on Friday afternoon. It was so great to see so many of you there! The children have been very interested in learning about the King and have asked some great questions.

This week we will do some recall about the celebrations and see what the children can remember. We will be looking at the Theme of Transport and Travel. We also have lots of fun activities planned throughout the week. 

Drop off time -  thank you for dropping at the door, in preparation to progressing to Pre-School year 2, this is going really well.  We do understand that sometimes this is just not possible and will work with you through this process. 

Please can you ensure all T Shirts and Jumpers are named as the children take them off and put them down and then we can’t identify who they belong to. 

Notices

This week stay and play is on Tuesday 9th May 2023 morning at 8.30-9.00am. Also we have our Saturday Stay and Play on Saturday 13th May 10-11.30am. Younger and older siblings welcome.

POWSA Events:-

On Wednesday 10th May at 7.30pm in the school staff room please come along to our POWSA fundraising meeting. A great opportunity to get involved with fundraising for the school and to meet other parents and carers. If you would like more information please catch Julia. 

We are a NUT FREE SCHOOL, so please can we remind our families that the children have no products containing nuts in their lunchbox.

Please can you return your sunscreen permission slip if you have not already done so. I’m sure we will start to see the warmer weather when we return.

Can you help with a job around the house?

Can you identify the eye colour of all members of your family?

Please send in any pictures of your child’s achievements and adventures.  Please send your photos to z.stockley@princeofwales.dorset.sch.uk and we will print them off for you to stick in their Marvellous Me books.
